UPS will deliver your order to your delivery address; no signature or recipient present is required to accept delivery. Our packages are insulated and shipped with dry ice to keep your products in their optimal temperature ranges for up to 48h. We do highly encourage that you move your items from the shipping box to your freezer once they are delivered.
